Welcome to Heartland Family Paws, where our passion for Labrador Retrievers shines through in everything we do. Located in Davenport, Iowa, we are a small family-run breeder dedicated to raising healthy, well-socialized puppies that make loving companions and exceptional working dogs.

Our journey began with a deep love for the Labrador breed—its intelligence, loyalty, and gentle temperament make it one of the best family dogs. We enjoy upland bird hunting with our Labs and find them to be very trainable, smart, and eager to please! Each litter is carefully planned to ensure strong genetics, sound temperament, and excellent health.

At Heartland Family Paws, our dogs are more than just pets—they are part of our family. Our puppies are raised in a loving home environment, with plenty of room to play and explore. They are well-socialized with children, other animals, and everyday experiences to help them transition seamlessly into their new homes.

We prioritize responsible breeding, genetic health testing, and early training to ensure each puppy grows into a well-adjusted, happy companion. Whether you’re looking for a loyal family pet, a service or therapy dog, or a hunting partner, we are committed to helping you find the perfect match.

Thank you for considering Heartland Family Paws for your next furry family member. We look forward to helping you bring home a loving, well-bred Labrador!
